A failed auto-reload now says why, and credit history names flat-rate charges.
- Auto-reload: if an automatic top-up fails, Settings and the out-of-credits dialog show why and which card was charged, with Use a different card and Try again.
- Credit history now names flat-rate charges, such as "Email sent". See Plans and credits
- Environment variables whose names contain digits now reach the agent
