This policy applies to Vibecode purchases made on the web through Stripe. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's payment and refund rules.
Vibecode subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel a web subscription from your billing settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or approved by Vibecode support.
Credits are used for AI generation and related compute inside Vibecode. Auto reload is optional. When enabled, your saved payment method is charged for the selected reload amount when your credit balance falls below 500 credits ($5.00).
Credit purchases and auto-reload charges are generally non-refundable once credits are added to your account or used, except where required by law or approved by Vibecode support. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact support before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate and help resolve it.
Some plans include a number of cloud deployments. Additional billable deployments are charged at the then-current rate shown in the product, currently $20 per month per billable deployment. You can remove or stop billable deployments from your account to avoid future deployment charges.
