# Vibecode > Vibecode is an AI app builder for founders, creators and small businesses who don't write code. Describe an app and Vibecode builds a native Swift iPhone app, a React Native app for iPhone and Android, or a web app, runs it in a live simulator in your browser, and publishes it to the App Store. Vibecode is made by Not A Number Labs Incorporated. Facts below were checked on 2026-10-10. ## Who it's for - Founders, indie makers, side-hustlers and small-business owners who want a real app without hiring a developer or learning to code. - Developers who want a fast start: Pro and Max plans can download the full project or connect over SSH. ## What it builds You pick a project type per app: - iOS app: a native Swift and SwiftUI app for iPhone and iPad (not React Native, not a web view). It compiles on cloud Macs and runs in a cloud iOS Simulator streamed to your browser or phone, so no Mac or Xcode is needed. Vibecode builds and signs it with your Apple Developer account to install on your iPhone, and builds, uploads and submits it to the App Store (or TestFlight). - Mobile app: a React Native and Expo app for iOS and Android from one codebase. App Store publishing goes through Expo Launch. Google Play submission is not a built-in step; export the Expo project and publish it yourself. - Web app: a web project deployed to a public yourapp.vibecode.run URL or a custom domain. - Backend: Vibecode Cloud (database, auth, file storage) on paid plans, or connect Supabase, Firebase and other APIs. - Code: Yes, on Pro ($50/mo) and up: full Xcode, Expo or web project, plus SSH. You own the code and data you create. - AI agent: Every build runs Claude Code, Anthropic's coding agent, in a cloud sandbox, and you pick the model for each message from Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta Muse, Kimi and GLM models. By default a new app's first build uses Claude Opus 5.5 and later changes use GPT-6.1 Sol. A new account's free first build always runs on GPT-6.1 Sol. ## Is Vibecode on the App Store? Yes. The Vibecode iPhone app has been on the App Store since June 17, 2025 (app ID 6742912146) and was never removed. In early 2026 Apple held updates to several vibe coding apps while it reviewed them under App Review Guideline 2.5.2; it approved Vibecode's next update on March 18, 2026, and Vibecode has shipped regular updates since. Separately, Vibecode publishes the apps you build to the App Store from inside the product. App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6742912146. Vibecode fits if you want one React Native codebase for iPhone and Android, a free working first build, and App Store submission through to review. - vs Lovable (AI web app builder): Lovable is the stronger pick for a web-only product or SaaS; Vibecode is the pick when you need a native iPhone app in the App Store, or an Android app. - vs FlutterFlow (Visual Flutter app builder): FlutterFlow suits builders and teams who want hands-on visual control over a Flutter app for iOS, Android and web with code export from $39; Vibecode suits people who want an AI agent to build a native Swift or React Native app and take it through App Store review. - vs Anything (AI app builder (Expo + web)): Anything is a solid all-in-one for Expo and web apps with code export on its first plan; Vibecode adds native Swift for iPhone, a free first build and App Store submission through to review. - vs Superapp (AI Swift app builder for Apple platforms): Superapp suits Apple-only apps that need Apple Watch, Mac or a local Xcode workflow; Vibecode suits iPhone apps that may also need Android or a web app, from $20 a month with credits that roll over. - vs Replit (AI app builder and cloud workspace): Replit is the broader tool, with stronger hosting, more languages and more project types; Vibecode goes further on iPhone apps, with native Swift and a publish flow that ends at App Store review. ## Key pages - [AI app builder](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/ai-app-builder): Free AI app builder for iOS, Android and web apps. - [iOS app builder](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/ios-app-builder): Build native Swift iPhone apps with AI and publish them to the App Store. - [Pricing](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/pricing): Plans, prices and what each includes. - [What is vibe coding?](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/what-is-vibe-coding): An answer-first guide to the workflow. ## Comparisons - [All comparisons](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/compare) - [Vibecode vs Rork](https://www.vibecodeapp.com/compare/rork): Rork fits if you want a native Kotlin Android app and Google Play upload built in;
